Termeni și condiții

1. Produsul companiei Blue Link Systems are ca scop realizarea accesului securizat, permanent și efectiv în imobile-clădiri (blocuri/condominii/clădiri de birouri etc) pe baza deținerii unui telefon mobil funcțional și a unui abonament exploatabil prin intermediul telefonului și a dispozitivului Blue Link Acces, montat la intrarea in imobil și aflat în relație tehnica de funcționare cu aplicația BlueLink Acces.

2. La solicitarea administratorului imobilului (ex – Asociația de Proprietari), este posibila montarea mai multor dispozitive Blue Link Acces cărora le este asociat același cod QR al clădirii, însă orice locație distinctă presupune cod QR distinct și alt abonament de acces.
    
3. Operațiunile de montare, mentenanță tehnică și upgrade a dispozitivului Blue Link Acces sunt în sarcina companiei Instalator - Partener Blue Link Systems (ale cărei date de contact sunt menționate în aplicație), societate care perfectează în acest sens cu administratorul imobilului contractul de prestări servicii mandatate Blue Link Systems și procesul-verbal de montaj, documente pe baza cărora furnizează codul QR (cod asociat adresei de montare a dispozitivului).
    
4. Abonamentele se achiziționează  de către persoanele fizice după descărcarea aplicației gratuite de pe magazinele Google (Google Play) și Apple (App Store). Abonamentul se va reînnoi automat, cu excepția cazului în care opțiunea „reînnoire automată” este dezactivată cu cel puțin 24 de ore înainte de expirarea abonamentului curent.
   Contul dv. va fi debitat pentru reînnoire în decursul ultimelor 24 de ore înaintea expirarii abonamentului curent. Reînnoirea automată se va face la prețul din ziua achizitiei.
   Utilizatorul va fi informat prin e-mail și în aplicație de orice modificare de tarif al abonamentului. Vă puteți gestiona abonamentele și dezactiva reînnoirea automată mergând la secțiunea Setări cont după cumpărare.
   Perioada de exploatare a unui abonament este de 1 an de la data achiziționării sale. Orice modificări de preț și/sau ale perioadei de exploatare vizează exclusiv achiziționarea ulterioare și se vor regăsi pe site-ul www.bluelinksystems.ro 
    
5. Abonameul achiziționat de către deținătorul telefonului este în uzul exclusiv al acestuia. Accesul putând fi împrumutat punctual - prin sheruire - unui terț vizitator al imobilului, care realizează un acces unic în clădire, astfel încât pentru un acces nou este necesara o noua sheruire.
   Blue Link Systems asigura fiecărui achizitor de abonament posibilitatea sheruirii lunare gratuite a 4 coduri (pentru vizitatori ocazionali) și a unui număr nelimitat de coduri gratuite într-o zi determinata a lunii (cele 24 h de sheruire nelimitata fiind calculate de la data primei sheruiri).
    
6. Proprietatea asupra abonametului este (juridic) rezolubilă în cazul îndeplinirii
   negative/neîndeplinirii oricăreia dintre condițiile de funcționare de la pct. 2. Achizitorul unui abonament exclusiv de tip “1 Adresa”, poate testa gratuit o singura data timp  de 30 de zile. La expirarea perioadei de testare a abonamentului de tip “1 Adresa” contul se debiteaza automat cu suma abonamentului ales, cu excepția cazului în care este anulat cu cel puțin 24 de ore înainte de sfârșitul perioadei de încercare.
    
7. Dispozitivele Blue Link Acces au garanție de funcționare de 24 de luni.

Terms and conditions

1. The Blue Link Systems product is designed to grant secure and actual access into buildings (apartment blocks, condominiums, office buildings and so on), based on the ownership of a functional mobile phone and of a subscription that works through the pairing of said mobile phone with the Blue Link Access device. The blue Link Access device is installed at the entrance into the building and is technically connected to the BlueLink Access application.
    
2. Upon the request of the building administrator (e.g. The Owner's Association), it is possible for several Blue Link Access devices to be installed at the same location, all devices being associated with the same QR code pertaining to that particular building. However, a new location means a new QR code and a new access subscription.
    
3. Installation, technical maintenance and upgrading of the Blue Link Access device falls to the installing firm (whose contact details are mentioned inside the app) approved by Blue Link Systems. Said firm signs a contract with the building administrator for the carrying out of the services sanctioned by Blue Link Systems, in addition to an installation report. On the basis of these documents, the firm provides a QR code pertaining to the address where the device was installed.
    
4. Subscriptions are purchased by physical persons after downloading the free app from the Google Play store or the App Store. The subscription is automatically renewed unless the "Automatic renewal" option is unchecked at least 24 hours before the current subscription expires. The renewal sum will be drawn from your account whithin 24 hours before the current subscription expires. Automatic renewal will be made at the subscription fee of the day. The user will be informed via e-mail and via the application of any changes to the subscription fee. You can manage your subscriptions and uncheck the automatic renewal option in the Account Settings, after the purchase. Subscriptions are valid for one year starting on the day of the purchase. Any changes to the fee and/or the validity period refer exclusively to the subsequent purchases and will be posted on the www.bluelinksystems.ro site.
    
5. The subscription purchased by the owner of the mobile phone is for his or her use only. The owner can grant one-time access to the building to a second party, via sharing. For each one-time visitor access a new sharing will be required.
   Blue Link Systems guarantees all subscription owner the possibility to freely share four codes a month (for occasional visitors), and also to share an unlimited number of free codes on one single day of the month, the 24 hours of unlimited free sharing starting when the first code is shared.
    
6. The ownership of the subscription can be legally resolved in the case of the negative fulfillment/unfulfillment of any of the terms of use stated in the second paragraph. The person who purchases an exclusive subscription of the "One Adress" can try it out for free, one time, for 30 days. When the trial period runs out, the subscription fee is automatically drawn from the account, unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial period expires.
    
7. Blue Link Access devices are guaranteed to function for 24 months.
